We strongly recommend choosing a model that emits less than 60 decibels since you're typically in the appliance's vicinity when it's in use.

What power level to turn the fan to? Our models with PerfectAir know the answer. While you cook, the PerfectAir sensor monitors the air and automatically adjusts the cooker hood to the right power level to effectively capture odours and steam. In addition to being convenient, it also keeps noise at a minimum. Plus, when dinner's on the table, the appliance runs until the air smells clean once again. So you can focus on the tasks and moments you enjoy most.

The filter plays a huge role in a cooker hood's ability to effectively trap grease and absorb odours. Grease filters are included with each product. For recirculating mode installations, we recommend choosing or upgrading to a high-performance active carbon odour filter:

The majority of our extractor fans can be installed as a recirculating hood or ducted hood. Depending on the model, you might need an adaptor kit for installation.

Recirculating: A recirculating hood, sometimes called a ductless hood, filters the air before releasing it back into the ambient air.

Ducted: This type filters the air but instead of releasing it back into the kitchen, it vents the extraction air outside your home where it's released.

Simply remove the filter, wash in the dishwasher according to the instructions and reinsert into the appliance. Effective and sustainable! Depending on the exact model, the exterior of our cooker hoods is easy to clean without hassle or effort, in particular stainless steel elements.
